Don't Pigeonhole Your Brilliance

A Call to Multidimensional Leaders

I wanted to take a moment to expand on some of the reflections I shared during my Day 1 session at the Summit. This post dives deeper into the core message I introduced—one that’s especially close to my heart. Whether you joined the session live or are just tuning in now, consider this your personal behind-the-scenes look at the ideas that sparked it.

What sensations come up when you think about messaging?

Before we dive into those feelings, let me introduce myself. I’m Michele Parad, founder of Multidimensional Leaders, a community and platform created to amplify the voices of conscious entrepreneurs. Whether it’s through our Substack publication, virtual summits, or other collaborative media, my mission is to share the stories of people who are changing thought patterns, systems, and outdated paradigms.

I’m endlessly fascinated by people who connect the dots in new ways—and I’ve built a community around exactly that.

But let me take you back a bit. Because the path to creating this space was shaped by something I felt deeply: injustice.

My Journey: From Frustrated Employee to Founding a Movement

For over two decades, I worked across business, marketing, and events—shifting roles and industries not because I lacked focus, but because I craved learning. Once I mastered something, I was ready for the next. That multi-passionate energy wasn’t always celebrated in traditional work environments.

Instead, I felt boxed in. Held in one lane. My full skillset, creativity, and insights? They were often left on the sidelines.

Even in the entrepreneurial world, I saw this same pattern emerge. The advice? “Niche down.” “Be known for one thing.” And yes, for some, that works beautifully. But for someone like me, that meant cutting off parts of myself. Every time I followed that model, I’d outgrow it… and have to rebuild again from scratch.

I know I’m not alone in this.

The Hidden Cost of Narrow Branding & Messaging

Recently, I reconnected with , I’d known from a few years ago. Back then, she led an online bundle I was part of—and that’s all I associated her with. But three years later, I learned she’s a hypnotist, a collaboration strategist, and so much more. Yet, she felt trapped by her old brand—the one she built too narrowly.

How often do we do this to ourselves? Market one skill, one service, one offer—only to feel frustrated when people can’t see beyond it?

Here’s the truth: you can have focused offers without boxing in your identity. You can create specific, niche-aligned programs and still be known as a multidimensional personal brand.

From Comfort to Calling: Crafting a Message That Grows With You

If you’re stuck in messaging that feels like your past self, it’s time to pause and reflect. Your message should evolve as you do.

Here’s what I recommend:

Your Message as Manifestation

Think of your messaging as an energetic declaration. Every landing page, post, or bio you write is a signal to the universe: This is who I am. This is what I stand for. This is who I serve.

Why not aim bigger then?

Even if you don’t yet know how to deliver your next-level idea… trust that it came to you for a reason.

Messaging can be the first step toward manifestation, a bold commitment that invites the right collaborators, opportunities, and clarity into your field.

Let Go to Level Up

One of the most vulnerable but powerful shifts you can make is releasing an old message or offer—even if you poured years of energy into it. That attachment to your former identity can prevent the next version of your brilliance from fully emerging.

Sometimes the hardest part of stepping into your future is letting go of the past version of success.

Closing Practice: Reclaiming Your Truth

If this resonates, I invite you to take a few minutes—put on some music, get still, and drop in. Ask yourself:

Let whatever comes up, come. This is how you begin building your message from the inside out.

And if you’re ready to share your voice in a bigger way, know that you’re not alone. This is exactly why Multidimensional Leaders exists—to hold space for the whole you.

If you want to get access to the replays you can still register and watch them for the next 24 hours or upgrade to the VIP pass to get all-time access.

With much love and gratitude,
Michele Parad
