I am fully embracing my multidimensional gifts. After over a decade in corporate finance, I’ve stepped into my spiritual calling, offering virtual energy healing, intuitive guidance, and transformative nature retreats on the Big Island of Hawaii. I blend alchemy and business to support entrepreneurs and light workers in their journey of growth and expansion.
What does MDL mean to you? And how does that play out in your business?
For Tania, being a multidimensional leader is about embracing all the different aspects of who we are—our skills, passions, and seemingly opposite interests. With a background in investment banking, fintech, and startups, as well as being a Reiki master and Akashic records reader, she embodies the idea that leadership is not one-dimensional. She believes that many people, especially women, possess unique combinations of talents and creativity that are often overlooked or suppressed in traditional settings. As she steps fully into her spiritual coaching business, she is committed to integrating her deep intuitive gifts with her business acumen to help others do the same. What are your multidimensional powers that make you unique?
What are your multidimensional powers that make you unique?
Tania’s greatest strength lies in bridging the gap between logic and intuition, business and spirituality. She seamlessly blends her structured, analytical mindset with deep mystical wisdom, proving that these two worlds are not mutually exclusive. She is passionate about helping others integrate their own seemingly opposite strengths—honoring both practical and intuitive sides to achieve greater success. Her work allows her to guide others toward embracing their full potential rather than compartmentalizing different aspects of themselves.
What is your favorite assessment and what were your results?
Tania identifies strongly with the INFJ personality type from the Myers-Briggs assessment, which is known for being deeply intuitive, visionary, and empathetic. She recalls a moment during an assessment where she and two other women were grouped separately from the rest of the participants—an experience that confirmed for her that INFJs are rare, deeply insightful, and often drawn to transformational work. She resonates with the qualities of visionaries like Oprah Winfrey, who share this personality type, and embraces her natural inclination toward big-picture thinking, deep connection, and personal growth.
What is the #1 leadership or business advice you follow all the time?
Tania’s guiding principle in business and leadership is to trust her intuition. She firmly believes that the challenges we face in business are often a reflection of our internal blocks and growth areas, making personal development a key part of entrepreneurial success. In her experience, the more we listen to our inner guidance and address our internal limitations, the more aligned and successful our business becomes. She also values leading by example, ensuring that she stays true to her values while supporting others on their journey.

Integrity is at the core of everything Tania does. She recognizes that both business and spiritual work require deep trust, and without integrity, leadership can become dangerous. Whether she’s working with clients in a healing session or making business decisions, she operates with a strong sense of ethics, discernment, and accountability. She believes that true leadership means holding oneself to high moral standards—even when no one is watching—and ensuring that every interaction is rooted in honesty, fairness, and alignment with the highest good.
