What is your favorite assessment and what were your results?

Tania identifies strongly with the INFJ personality type from the Myers-Briggs assessment, which is known for being deeply intuitive, visionary, and empathetic. She recalls a moment during an assessment where she and two other women were grouped separately from the rest of the participants—an experience that confirmed for her that INFJs are rare, deeply insightful, and often drawn to transformational work.
